Homeland Security Grant Program
The Homeland Security Grant Program (HSGP) provides funding to states, territories, urban areas, and other local and tribal governments to prevent, protect against, mitigate, respond to, and recover from potential terrorist attacks and other hazards. HSGP plays an important role in the implementation of the National Preparedness System by supporting the development and sustainment of core capabilities, and is an important part of the coordinated effort to strengthen homeland security preparedness at the state and local levels.

Colorado Emergency Preparedness Partnership
The Colorado Emergency Preparedness Partnership (CEPP) provides a platform for public, private, and philanthropic organizations to work together on preparedness issues throughout the great State of Colorado. CEPP collaborates on projects and programs that promote joint emergency planning and information sharing.
